PerformanceClean™ is our unique process of professionally cleaning roof membrane effectively and safely to ensure the initial investment is maximized.
Single-ply roof membrane cleaning is essential in order to maintain the reflectivity of a roof and to eliminate destructive chemical and environmental hazards. White membranes are capable of preserving reflectivity of greater than 85% after three years of weathering with professional cleaning. By preserving the reflectivity of a roof, owners save an incredible amount of energy and money. In most cases, it far exceeds the cost of the PerformanceClean™.
A roof system is not a DRIVEWAY!
There are 4 main criteria to professionally detailing a single-ply roof system.
• Proper PSI - the exact amount of psi to remove debris without causing expensive roof membrane damage.
• Hot Water - essential to cut the grease and animal deposits.
• Detergents - specifically approved detergents that preserve the single-ply membrane.
• Scrubbing - Necessary to ensure the roof is thoroughly cleaned the first time.

Powerwashing alone will not get the embedded dirt from the roof membrane. It requires a combination of hot water, detergent, water pressure, and scrubbing to get the results required to be PerformanceClean™. We also make repairs to membrane during our visit to ensure your roof is clean and leak free. This roof had over 16 holes under the dirt.
